Welcome to NXTS! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding contract between you and NXTS (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using nxts.ai and any related services, content, tools, or software (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms — so read them carefully. If you don’t agree, stop now. No hard feelings, just no access.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you promise you’re authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms from time to time (because the law changes, business evolves, and sometimes we change our minds). When we do, we’ll post the updated Terms here with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use = acceptance of those updates.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws:

  • Don’t violate laws or rights of others.

  • Don’t break into, hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service.

  • Don’t upload anything illegal, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise obnoxious.

  • Don’t copy, redistribute, or republish content from the Service unless you have explicit permission.

4. Accounts

Some parts of the Service may require an account. You’re responsible for:

  • Honest info when you sign up.

  • Protecting your username/password.

  • Anything that happens under your account. If we suspect shady activity, we can suspend or terminate your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs — are owned by or licensed to NXTS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended by NXTS. If you want more rights, get written permission first.

6. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or improvements (“Feedback”), thanks — we love that. By submitting Feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it however we want (we’ll be nice about it, promise).

7. Third-Party Links

The Service might link to other sites. We don’t own those and we aren’t responsible for them. Clicking them is your call — like choosing between fries or salad.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will be perfect, error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We also don’t promise it will solve all of life’s problems. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXTS and its affiliates aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. That includes lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress from your AI not answering your existential questions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NXTS and its people harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your irresponsible attempts to train AI to replace your job.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Croatia. 

12. Termination

We can terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason. You can also stop using the Service anytime — but the terms regarding liability and intellectual property survive.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and NXTS relating to the Service. No other promises count unless in writing and signed by both sides.
